~ First session

I layed down on the bed in my room. I was pretty confused and excited, but later I was fully surrendered. I closed my eyes and soon felt the pressure on them, and then the rapid heartbeat. I tried to calm down. I felt cold at first even though I was covered with blanket. The vocal cords were suddenly totally closed. Darkness began to surround me and my eyelids became heavy. I couldn't move. There was fear with a great feeling of helplessness and sadness. My throat became dry and my heartbeat faster and faster. Dark colors descended like some shadows on my body. At one point, I could quite clearly notice that I was above my body. That's how I felt. Light tingling started all over my body, from my feet and ascending slightly towards my upper body.Then I felt the incredible warmth and your presence, just as if you were next to me. The colors grew stronger, alternating from black, dark blue, green, to purple, in shades from lighter to darker. Your eyes appear in these colors. And an impression of security, serenity, peace appears in me with a feeling of pulling some sadness, fear, helplessness out of my body. My tears began to flow. I noticed that with my exhalation I let go of all the restlessness, sadness, helplessness, heaviness, and with each subsequent breath I felt as if I were inhaling white light. Then all the physical sensations completely diminished. I felt completely filled with love. My thoughts were in harmony. Tears welled up in my eyes and I felt a love for myself like never before. The indescribable feeling of beauty and lightness did not leave me and it was so intense. I fell asleep with ease. Immediately after the session, a dream like a movie started.

After the first session, I started reading with great interest everything about Reconnective Healing as well as a book that will give me a complete insight into everything. Incredibly, I still feel energized and it confuses me. But though confused, deep down I am very committed. My left leg, or more precisely my wrist, is totally mobile now. My neck doesn't hurt, a head is a little numb and the whole left side. I feel a slight discomfort in the shoulder blades. My eyesight is very clear. A lot of my thoughts and decisions crystallized amazingly in a very short time.

 

~ Druga seansa ​

 

At first I felt excited. Literally my heartbeat echoed in my head and chest. A light cold wind, like a breeze, began to pass through my body. Not long after, I gradually began to feel warmth all over my body, mild tingling and then a slight swaying. It's like I'm on water and on light waves. And not long after, it was as if I had been lifted from the bed. The bluish colors alternated with the vision of black to dark blue clouds of a great storm. My hands and even my fingers seemed very heavy and completely immobile. I almost cried. Feelings, recollections and unpleasant memories flooded in with great bitterness in my heart. I went through those moments emotionally, with extraordinary speed. But not long after, I noticed them disappearing with heaviness and pain. Especially around my heart I was overwhelmed by a feeling of heaviness, sadness, resentment and loneliness. Confused, I surrendered completely. But after just a few moments, that feeling separated from me as if it never even existed. The serenity in my soul, the peace, the fulfillment, and the essence of love soon filled my heart. A bluish color reappears, a vision of the sky and a rainbow with a sense of lightness.

 

The next morning I felt very exhausted, a little thoughtful and confused. To feel inexplicable joy, good mood, fulfillment, heart overflowing with love after a few days. My thoughts and desires became crystal clear. People who make me feel uncomfortable and heavy have started to come out of my life. Some even who got into a harmless controversy came forward later with apologies.

 

~ Third session

 

The third session was the most impressive. I lay quite still on a comfortable bed and covered myself. At first I began to feel extremely strong, cold air all over my body. The heartbeat became very sonorous and rapid. There is a feeling of anxiety permeated with discomfort and darkness around me. It was as if I was lost in time and space. I had a feeling I was drowning and choking. I couldn't make out my thoughts and I felt helpless. Extremely strong muscle contractions began all over the body, especially on the legs. My legs began to twitch without my influence, and then the twitches continued to spread throughout my body. On the torso, arms, chest, back, neck and finally the head. Then there is the feeling that my whole body is hovering above the bed. I had strange visions and I was scared at times. The eyeballs rotated under pressure and the eyelids trembled. After a few moments, I felt Ivan presence. Feeling very intense, like some tingling and mild heat. It was like I was half asleep. I felt a sense of serenity as if "heavy" energy was coming out of me and at the same time, the weight of my body was disappearing. Then the feeling of stretching. Then follows a vision with colors. A bluish color appears, which is replaced by greenish shades from darker to lighter. Tones of gold and strange hints of wind. Then the intense scent of flowers. I felt the fullness of myself, of my being. I could feel my strength, a feeling of bliss, peace, love. The weight and pressure I had felt around my heart for a long time simply disappeared. I surrendered completely. A feeling of love overwhelmed me and then I fell asleep.

After the sessions, everything started to unravel slowly. Feelings of bliss began to fill me and that was ultimately what I wanted most. Go back to that nature of mine. My thoughts became as crystal clear as my life vision. People like me have started to beautify my life and are constantly asscending. People who make me feel uncomfortable and heavy have simply came out of my life. My intuition grew stronger. I feel fulfilled and again in my world, overwhelmed with love to which I truly belong. And for that I can thank from the bottom of my heart a special soul, Ivan, who directed me on this journey that really encouraged all the good in me.
