~ First session

From the beginning, my face began to tighten as I pulled my head back. My eyes flickered really hard and then calmed down. My cheeks seemed to tighten. My hands were also trembling and I felt nervous through my legs. Through my body I felt bursts at times, like tingles passing through me. My eye watered briefly, like a tear coming out of it and my palms sweating. I had no thoughts but the songs kept spinning in my head. Then I got a picture of me running across the meadow in nice weather and looking at the path of the sky. I see as if the sky is a little overcast, so again I see the sun and nice weather and all that. I felt a brief, not-so-severe pain in my heart for a moment, as if something was piercing me. No feeling was like something negative enough to open my eyes. Everything was very fine, until then I got that pain in the area of ​​my heart and then I felt like some nervousness.

After the session I felt really fine. I had a little difficulty getting out of the massage bed. My legs were like a little “weird” so I stuck to them for a few minutes. When I went home by taxi I felt a slight nausea. This morning I feel really fine, I'm in a good mood, I got up earlier than usual. I just feel like some air in my stomach, kind of like my breathing is a little slower, like I need to inhale a little more. Last night I felt just fine, I was a little sleepy and had a little pain in the back of my head that passed quickly. Somehow during the night I thought about the session and about whether I would dream anything and then now I don't even remember.
 

~ Second session ​

In the very beginning, the eyes began to flicker quickly and the neck and head tightened back. After that, it was as if something was pulling my hands down, as if some burden was on them. Later, at one point, I felt like I was floating and standing up in the air. My body felt a little like a "spasm" for a while, I felt the heat and then I saw colors, like glittering green, yellow, then white, then black, red, blue. Lots of glittery colors and that was really interesting to me. Then slight twitches of the legs. I also felt a slight pain in the stomach area and that my arms were 'twisted' to the side. The lower part of my spine started to rise. As if some force lifts her up, and then as if something lowers her down. And it repeated so many times.

Good evening, Ivan. Now I came from the city, I was a little on a walk, so let me tell you how I felt. I feel very comfortable, positive and fulfilled, I really enjoyed going out. During the walk I had some symptoms (feeling dizzy while walking, a little instability and anxiety while standing in a place on the bridge), but then I remembered that you told me that everything is gonna be normal and all those symptoms soon disappeared. I’m home now, I feel fine and I have a mild headache.

~ Third session

The third session was kind of relaxing. There were some registries but in much less intensity than in the past two sessions. This time the blinking of the eyelids is milder. My hands were sore and they were just kind of heavy. I had the impression that I could not move them in any way. The legs feel as if they are "twisting" inwards. My spine went up and down again but much less, like a gentle massage. My intestines were cracking. My feet were cold and I felt heat in my palms. My body started to sway and I thought I was going to fall off the massage bed. In fact, I had the impression that someone was moving the whole bed and rocking with me on it. Some muscle on the body would "flicker" for a while. Again the colors appeared in the form of circles and as if they wanted to enter me again and then I almost opened my eyes. Then the sunlight seemed to illuminate me a couple of times. I was breathing slowly and on several occasions I wondered to myself if I was breathing at all.

I am grateful, in a short time I already feel much better and easier. I feel like everything will be even better. Thanks again. I am calling to tell you how I feel these days after the seasons. I have much less fear than before, some symptoms are still present, but they do not scare me as before, I have a great will to deal with it. I go out a lot more and face it slowly, feel a little nervous in my stomach from time to time, and all the tension I would feel would pass quickly. I hope that in time it will be even better and easier and that all this that created difficulties for me during my daily life will pass. Greetings!
