~ First session

As soon as the session started I felt a brief wave of slight flicker across my body. Then, I felt the cup of my right knee move and twitch. I felt the same along my arms. My eyelids flickered several times during the session. I had the feeling that someone was standing to the right of my head, above me. A strong sense of someone’s presence even though I felt Ivan at the side of my feet. The coldness flowed through my body. It was especially cold in my feet and hands. Then the whole body started twitching , and it lasted until the end of the session. Like a shiver permeating my body from head to toe as my stomach convulsed. Several times the jerks were so strong that my head would detach from the bed, as well as my legs and shoulders. I felt like I was cramping. I was very tense and surprised by this reaction. Although I was very aware of my body, I felt I had no control over it. In two moments I saw a flash of light before my eyes. And as I lay down, at one point I felt as if someone was standing above my head and waving above my eyes in semicircular movements of two hands. Ivan was at my feet. Between the series of shivering, cramping and twitching of my body there was the period when my hips moved. It was as if my legs were moving up and down from my hips. When my body calmed down slowly, the session was already over. I had no sense of time.

What was unusual was that I did not drink fluids all day and after the session my bladder was full as if I had drunk at least 1l of water.

~ Second session

The second session started more calmly than the first. When I layed down I felt like something invisible was lying over me and pressing every part of my body. Pressure and slight flicker. In the first minutes of the session, I felt shadows above my head, as if several people were passing over my head in a row. The shadows altered and disappeared. It was very dark in front of my eyes, but somehow chaotic, as if something was happening, but I can't say what exactly. At a few moments during the initial part of the session, I saw some circular movements alternating. At one point it saw fan that was spinning above me. I was very aware of my body, but again it seemed to float. I wasn’t sure in what position my fingers were, whether they were outstretched or contracted. My thumbs twitched several times during the session. After a while, slight twitches began in my right knee. A cold wave came over my body. I could feel my palms icy. The foot of the right foot moved, turned, stretched several times during the session. I felt pain in my left shoulder. That surprised me and then my shoulder just jerked and twisted as if it had adjusted and the pain was gone. Then jerks similar to yesterday's begin, only today the legs were at rest. My stomach twitches and my arms and shoulders pull. The jerks are strong and I feel my upper body detach from the bed with each jerk. It’s just intense and strenuous. I have no control over myself. during one stronger series of jerks it was as if I had bounced off the bed and when my head fell again it turned all the way to the right. I jerked a few times and then there was a stronger jerk that returned my head to its primary position. At that moment, it was as if everything had cleared up and cleared before my eyes. A flash of light in front of the eyes but instead of black it turned gray and in the middle there was a black spot - a dot that flickered. It had a shape but I didn't know which one. This is followed by intense movement of the hips and legs. It’s like stretching my legs alternately from my hips. Like a swing. Flickering in the lips and then clenching the jaw. The session is over.
 

After the session, I felt slight twitches in my chest and stomach for a while. Besides, my bladder was full again even though I didn't drink anything this morning.

~ Third session

The session began calmly. I layed in a comfortable position, very aware of my body and then the invisible blanket covered it. I was lying "in the dark" as I felt alternating flicker and pulsation in my hips and knees, when a luminous hand appeared in front of my eyes, on the left side, turning clockwise. It made a full circle 2-3 times and disappeared. Then a circle of irregular glittering edges began to develop in the middle, as when a drop falls on the surface of the water and spreads in gentle waves from the middle to the outside. I feel a pleasant, subtle flicker in my legs and arms. I consciously felt my bladder filling and pressure. My feet started to move, turn and stretch at the same time. It was as if I was falling into a half sleep when my eyeballs turned higher and I saw a flickering light coming down in front of me. A beautiful flickering light of yellow and white covered the darkness. For a moment I saw a flash of dark indigo blue and purple... I feel comfortable. I feel an unpleasant dull pain in my right shoulder. The fingers of the hands moved and then there was an intense movement of the hips as in previous sessions. The hips swinged alternately up and down.
