~ First session

At first I felt a rapid heartbeat. Then my toes began to throb and then gentle waves started moving up from my feet. There were also some gentle smiles. I had a feeling I couldn't move. Also at one point the feeling that I was lying diagonally. It was a nice feeling for me at first. Warmth, gentle waves and a smile. Some blissful state. I did not have any pictures. Then I felt contrast, intense pressure and headache followed by nausea. It just happened to me. Feet of ice and tingling. Pressure on the forehead, but also stronger pressure on the back of the head. Later, heavy weight and pressure in the head. It was very uncomfortable. And otherwise I have frequent headaches just in that back of my head that are also accompanied by the same nausea. Towards the end, I felt like I was falling asleep.
 

Immediately after the session, I feel a little dazed. Later, during the day, I feel like I'm drunk. I was chanting a little and everything was funny. And some slight pressure in the head. And I slept well. I dreamed of some huge wooden sailboat and how to ride in it. But he began to raise in the air and then spin in a circle like a carousel, and I was not tied. That's where I woke up with fear. About six in the morning I got up. Just asleep and full of energy.

~ Second session
 

​First my pounding heart. And fast breathing. Then feelings of intense relaxation. It was as if the wind was blowing on my feet. Then the feeling of someone massaging my legs with that feeling of relaxation. Then darkness appeared before me and some blue flowers. Then blue colour. Then purple and yellow color appeared. So the three of them changed. And when those colors came up, I had a feeling of heaviness on my eyelids. Then I felt like I was blinking really fast. At one point, I felt like I was blowing up like a balloon and then blowing out. I heard the whistle three times. My left ear ached. Mild burning sensation in the feet. Hard swallowing. Body jerks. Eventually headache, much worse pain than during the first session. At the end of the session, I had the feeling that I had just woken up.

After the session I felt relaxed. It's all appeared funny to me. I've been really nervous lately. I couldn't stand it myself. I had a feeling I was going to smoke. And as of yesterday, I somehow feel light and relieved. And my emotions are not very expressed. I can't say I feel empty. An undefined feeling. I'm kind of unencumbered. Nothing occupies my mind. And my thoughts were always occupied and I always was thinking about something. I used to get too emotional and overloaded with nonsense. It's weird to me now. I was a little sleepy in the afternoon. And some anger caught me at times.

I feel nice. Again, some fear awakened me. I dreamed of going through some tunnel. And the rats attacked me. There was also some black and white snake. But she passed me. She didn't bite me. That's that fear I have. I have no confidence. Whatever I do, it fears me. From failure. Most businesslike. I don't even start doing anything, and I immediately think about failure. I kill myself thatway. And I put that tought it in my head that I don't know what to do.

~ Third session

​

First I felt a cold in my legs. I had the feeling that Ivan was standing at my feet in some black T-shirt. That was sharpened for me, and his character blurred. It was as if his hands were close to my feet. And I felt current throughout my body. I was upset by something. And I don't know what. Then I saw the colors. Again blue and purple. So I had the feeling that Ivan was standing on my right side above my head. I was slightly scared. And then he disappeared. I had a lot of pressure in my ears and decay. Like when a plane goes down. I had difficulty of swallowing. I had pressure at the bottom of my stomach and chest. And I just had that pressure on my upper body. It was as if someone had sat on me. Then pressure on the head and hands. I had a feeling I couldn't move them. I also felt like my bed was shaking. Accelerated pulse and excitement. Like when you are in love. I had the urge to turn to the side, to the right. And somehow it seemed like the session lasted a short time, not even ten minutes. In the end, I felt like I was failing, jerked and opened my eyes.

 

After the session, I felt mild nausea and dizziness. And anxiety. That's my fear. Now let's face it. Back in the day I was full of energy. Somehow relieved and absent at times. I just felt frozen. Yesterday I got angry, and today I'm cold. I'm covered like in January.

I woke up beautiful. Smiling for no reason. Positive. I never dreamed of anything. I want to mention that all three mornings I woke up at exactly 5:55. And I have to admit, I missed the session this morning. Ivan, a big thank from the heart for you.
