~ First session

 

I'll give you some feedback. First I felt a pulsation in both hands, and then some soreness, it lasted all the time, it sang up to my elbows. That was the more boring part. Then I laughed, just as nicely, and I laughed a little. To my surprise, a few minutes after that I felt - a solemn seriousness, something like we all mean. Then I started to feel a pleasant sensation in the solar plexus, I can't really define it, but it was pleasant. It didn't last very long. Occasionally I would giggle here and there like a fool. On several occasions, I felt a short vibration that passed through my whole body. On the fifth chakra I felt something, like a ring, but it was not uncomfortable. I giggled again. Occasionally I felt myself swaying on the bed. I breathed deeply, as before entering meditation. I felt close to you for seconds, as if you were there. That's about it. Yes, it stretched me on a couple of occasions and I did it with pleasure. Let me know when the next session is. I feel very nice, relaxed and yes, in the end I felt calm. Thanks again. I always knew you were extremely wonderful.

Observation: Something happens only after the session and on a much deeper level. It’s like I’m wrapped in some kind of protective membrane, a sleeve, that protects. I think energy and information are now being received. As a charging. Just like that.

 

~ Second session

Yes, I felt mild sensations in the second chakra, but it was almost unimportant. What was wonderful was that this time I didn't have any physical sensations ("I'm pulsing this, I'm worried about that" - who gives the fuck). Of course, it started as it ended: with laughter. Especially the beginning was wonderful: I laughed and thought - God, how wonderful my life is. Then I not only swayed, but I had the feeling that I was revolving around my axis, aura, energy, not body, call it what you will. Like when someone spins a tennis ball, I was spinning around my axis. Then I felt something strange: the distance between you and me, as I felt it with Pearl, and it came from you. So, mostly a lot of swinging and spinning, nothing physical. In the end, I felt that you were satisfied, it ended with laughter as in the beginning, and then you called. Thanks for everything Ivan.

After the second session, I slept with a very invigorating sleep, which means that my subconscious was free of worries.

~ Third session

 

During the third session, I felt a pulsation in the solar plexus all the time. The heat around the face, which passed to the heart chakra. Then incredible warmth, just warmth, all over the body. The heat was as if someone had placed me next to a hot stove, but it was not uncomfortable. On a couple of occasions, of course, I laughed, but I didn't even have the need to do that - the laughter was "inside". I didn't spin, I didn't even swing classically, but I had the feeling that my envelope, the aura, whatever it was, was complete, I felt that wholeness, that it was crystal clear, that there would be no drains of energy. At times I thought my hands were in a completely different position. Incredible heat, the crown chakra (I felt the crown chakra, yes, indeed, on several occasions.) And a constant pulsation in the solar plexus. I saw one blue dot in front of my eyes, very briefly. My lips were "pulsating".

 

I feel nice and relaxed this morning. I had a nice dream. I expressed love and kindness to people, it filled me. So far I have been very stingy in expressing kindness.
