~ First session
 

As soon as the session started, "waves" started from the feet to the head and back. It was very intense and lasted a long time. And then the feet slowly began to sink, followed gradually by other parts of the body, all the way to the head. I had the impression that I was falling into quicksand. It was as if my whole body was falling through the bed, leaving only my head on the mattress. I felt, at one point, an emptiness in my stomach as well. Like a big hole. I was still in that upright position, but no longer “trapped” under the bed, but as if the bed had turned upside down, so I was attached to it. Then decay through some mosaic, ie. more like a flight through it. It was really good. It's like I'm at an amusement park. My palms were hot from the beginning and the tremor was very strong. Later I found myself horizontal again. With the impression that I am at the dentist. My lips were completely numb, as if I had received anesthesia, or even more of them. Then, it was as if something below me was “plucking” me, and I felt it all over my lower body (the side I was lying on). And in the lower part of the spine, which is otherwise problematic for me, I felt some pleasant tingling. At one point, purple color began to come out of my face, in the form of some balloons. Everything in front of my eyes was purple. It was very pleasant. In fact, I enjoyed it all the time, except that when I was nearing the end of the session. In the last quarter of the session I felt pain in my heart chakra — like some strong contraction. And I didn't really like the appearance of a man in black, with a black top hat on his head, but he quickly disappeared. Then I fell asleep, trying not to fall asleep. I was suddenly awakened by a "shooting", that is. an explosion of the disc (I experienced it) in the area of ​​the solar plexus, and from it the energy flowed to all parts of my body.

I slept great. I would say like a baby, but my experience is that babies don't sleep the best. I woke up so light this morning, long before the alarm. I don't remember dreaming anything. This morning I had a slight dizziness on the way to work and my pressure that is lower. I feel great.

~ Second session

​

The sensations last night were not as diverse and intense as the previous evening, but there were some and they were pleasant. The whole time I had a different flow in my feet, ankles, hands. It was all more intense on the left side of the body. My lips went numb. Scratching in the throat occurred, as if it were an allergic reaction. At one point I fell asleep, and I was awakened by a strange sound from my throat - some loud hiss: "hhhhhhhh ...". I sighed a few times. Eventually the dream overwhelmed me again. Everything was very pleasant, but I was tired and continued to sleep.

Very positive and today I do everything with some special ease. Just not to start singing at work.

~ Third session

 

Last night I felt a strong current through my legs and arms. I had a feeling that someone’s fingers were on my temples, i.e. a little lower. A little buzzing in my ears ... From the pressure in my head it was as if I heard some strange sound, some "crunching". During the session, I started to feel "that's how it should be". Now I don't know what it was about. Tingling on the forehead, head, nose. Eventually my nose stung so hard it started to itch. After the session I couldn’t stop scratching it. And the head. That night I dreamed all sorts of things. like some fun. Both known and unknown people. Then the dream that I was in some unknown city. I crossed a bridge where the accident happened. I could not first conclude whether the boy was injured or the dog. In the aisle I see them carrying a white suitcase. Then I tried to cover my children eyes, so that they would not be traumatized by it. When I remember the dream now, it was difficult. But this morning when I got up I didn’t have a feeling of heaviness.

 

The day after the third session, I (after almost two months of thinking) whether to buy an apartment, finally made the decision not to do so and felt great relief. I mostly do things by feeling, but lately everything has “blurred” for me. I seem to be getting back to normal. I also noticed that during the day I no longer lose energy as before.
