~ First session 

I entered the session with a certain amount of fear of the unknown. Very quickly I relaxed and let go of all the negative thoughts. I didn't feel any sensations for the first few minutes. Then, I start to tingle and feel anxiety all over my body, as if sadness, fear and nervousness have overwhelmed me all at once. As this feeling passes so I feel my body bend to the right side and then return to the supine position. In the gusts, I feel heat waves, especially above my right arm, as if someone is warming it. Then an orange light appears in front of my eyes, as if someone has turned on a light in the room, it is difficult for me to keep my eyes calm. I'm starting to get cold even though it's 20 degrees in the room, I'm so cold that I can feel my hands and feet freezing. This feeling lasted until the end of the session.

When the session ended I felt like I had slept for a long time. All day I couldn't be annoyed by the little things that used to get on my nerves. That same evening I went out with a friend who complained to me that he was still hungover from the night before and was feeling great nausea in his stomach. After about ten minutes, I start to feel the same, even though I had no physical reasons. Then, a girl with a sad expression enters the cafe, I could see that she was going through a difficult period. I try not to pay attention, but I start to feel anxiety, heaviness in my chest, anxiety... Again I didn't have any thoughts that could cause that feeling of mine, but I told myself that it would pass and that it wasn't mine, and it passed after few minutes. Besides, I felt great.

~ Second session

Unlike the first session, the second session flew by quickly as if only 10 minutes had passed. At first I felt nothing and then again the orange light before my eyes as if someone had turned on the light, while the black circles narrowed and shrunk into one another. At that moment, I feel more and more connected to the bed, as if nailed. Even though I’m not trying, I know I couldn’t move. My mouth tightened and dried. I start to tingle but only slightly, all over my body. Above me I feel the air flow as if someone's face is right in front of mine. Then I feel like someone else is there to my right and like they want to take my hand. I know Ivan is on the left. After that I try to relax completely and like I am falling asleep. I imagine telling Ivan that I saw a woman during the session, and I am aware that it is a dream, because I am trying to stay awake. The pain in my spine and muscles starts, especially in the upper part of my arms, I feel like I'm lifting weights. Very soon after that Ivan tells me that the session is over.

Tomorrow was filled with the unjust things that were happening to me. However, I did not react hastily and recklessly as before. I let it all go and realized I shouldn’t let that get me out of tact. Even when I got annoyed, I didn't feel the usual symptoms of stress, as if I was watching everything from the side. I felt the transfer of someone else's nervousness again when I was near a colleague who was experiencing stress at work. My heart started beating faster, the excitement grows, the panic attack, I suddenly tell her to stop and calm down because I can't focus from her. Despite all the happenings, I noticed that I could swallow without any problems, the dumpling that always appears in situations like this is gone.

~ Third session

 

My session went by as fast as the other. At first I didn't feel any sensations until the end, when I start to feel the pressure on the back of my head and how my lower part of my body swings like on a boat left and right until it gradually returns to a state of rest. As Ivan moves so I feel someone else’s presence but much shorter than in previous sessions, I also hear a short whisper from the left. I have a thought - gold bars arranged in a large pyramid placed at an angle of 30 °. At the top of the pyramid radiates a strong light similar to the sun only white and illuminates all the levers. Towards the very end of the session I feel pressure on my body from above. After the session, I get chills and cold.

After the sessions I feel like I’m on a much higher vibration, my mood keeps me going all day, I have a deeper sleep and I’m more patient which is one of my biggest challenges. I am very pleased and grateful.
