~ First session
During the first session, at the very beginning, I felt discomfort in my eyes. I couldn't keep them closed but my eyelids "played" for about 3-4 minutes without stopping. The whole time I felt relaxation all over my body as well as heat, mostly in the abdomen. Then the relaxation in the neck area and the back of the head (so relaxing that I felt like I'd completely fall through the mattress). The condition I was in was definitely not something I could achieve. Then the jerks in my left leg in the area of the ankle that I injured, that is, I broke the ligaments of that joint 3-4 years ago. As a minor, I also hurt the nerve on my spine, which then caused the ribs to develop incorrectly outwards. After the first session, the ribs returned to their normal position and remained so. The feeling of bliss is definitely irreplaceable. After the session I feel different, in a positive sense of course, I'm more relaxed, my body is somehow more stable or it is an influx of confidence, I'm not sure, but it is a positive feeling.
I felt as if my inferior space was expanding to the very limits, as well as the successive relaxation of the forehead, cheekbones and eyes. I felt energy through the whole body with an elevated temperature (like before the sweat started) and from 15 - 20 minutes from the beginning of the session I also had a continuous flow of various thoughts, real and unreal in the form of obligations and ideas. I felt a thrust on my lower back, and in my hands I felt as if they were hovering (it was as if the body was doing something without moving a single muscle).
