~ First session

From the beginning, I felt my eyes move uncontrollably and a cold breeze sweeps across my chest and face. Then my eyelids are becoming very heavy and can not open them freely. I do not know whether it is related, but before the start of the session, I asked Ivan if I can periodically "peek" to watch what is happening around me. It seems that during the session I received a direct answer that "I can't". Then my knees started to vibrate. Feelings of breeze started flowing in my body. My spine seemed to be pressed a little harder. My mouth slowly became dry and at some point I was like out of breath. Then I would take a deep breath. When Ivan were on my right, then my right ear would be "deaf". It felt like pressure was on me and then I couldn't hear anything. My head and fingers twitched very quickly and briefly.  At one point, I thought an earthquake was starting and everything was shaking. I wasn't scared. Then I saw a white circle glowing in front of my eyes. A circle that is also filled in with white on the inside, a with black around it. In latter moments, in darkness, I later see the outlines of clouds, the sea, rain, flashes and thunders. It's like a storm is coming. Then the images and moments from my life that seem to go on a really fast lane. And many jokes that I laughed to myself. I also saw a gray sparrow landing outside on the road outside my office. He had blue eyes and seemed to be aware of me, he was looking at me, and in the same frame a small yellow dog appeared behind him, ie. golden retriever puppy . Then I saw the car glass, which was broken on the passenger side. These upcoming pictures just "popped in" to me. they were fleeing to me, I could not remember them precisely and in detail, as if I were "relieved" in those moments and do not know where to "look" before.

After the session I just laughed so hard. And I felt a little more tired and drowsy, so I went to bed earlier, much earlier than I would normally go to sleep. And the next morning I barely got up. I even postponed the alarm, which I never do. But as soon as I got up, I felt as light as a feather. Nothing was difficult for me. Although there was a stressful atmosphere in the office at work, nothing could shake and surprise me.

 

~ Second session

I do not know why my eyelids immediately become very "heavy" when I close them. Again, I had alternating pressure in my ears. The cold breeze above and around me lasted throughout the session. I sensed a man's perfume. The anger was catching me again and I was jerking harder. I felt a slight pressure on my spine. Then the burning on the knees. A hard surface appeared on both the tendons of my feet, like a recess, where the tendons of my feet then rested. During the whole session, something happened to me in the area of the navel and lower abdomen. I saw images of the sky in multiple "variants." The first is like watching the colors of the sky change from the edges of the city, in the colors of dusk and dark, then the sky as before rain, and then again a white circle is created on the edges of the city as if from the first session. Then a clear sky of blue, which turns into darkness and then into wholly white, along with nature and the buildings below. Everything becomes white from the snow and as the wind blows all nature begins to sway. I saw an old olive tree. Then the German Shepherd in the wild lying down. Mountain landscape. Then my apartment, ie. the living room filled with thick white clouds 3/4 and I can see only that part between the clouds and the ceiling. Then I see birds flying in groups. Then I saw myself from a bird's eye view in real time, lying on a session, and I see Ivan next to me, then my car outside, with special reference to my license plate number. In front of my building, on a rugged white wall, I saw someone writing three-point graffiti and number 22.

 

I slept well that morning. When I woke up, I felt good, littleunusual, but un a good mood.
