~ First session
 

The session was quite peaceful. At the very beginning, I felt heat on my forehead and head, and this was repeated several times during the session, as well as a gentle breeze across my face. There was a slight pain under the right shoulder blade that throbbed and spread down the right arm. This lasted for most of the session, as did the heaviness in my arms and the need to stretch them. My fingers were cold the whole time. I felt heaviness in my legs (from the knees down) during the entire session. Like pressure and pain, and I had the need to rub and massage them. In the waves, a feeling like a slight flicker came over me, which pressed on my chest and the rest of my body, alternately. I would be overwhelmed by a feeling of heaviness... as if my body was tense and under stress but that stress was not coming from me (if this makes sense). During the session, I felt that my limbs and feet were twitching from time to time, but really mild. It was dark in front of my eyes and at one point I saw a dot of blue color and after that an emerald green outline started to form, but it disappeared. I have seen white light many times. In the end, my eyes flickered and rolled intensely, and my head turned left and right, and the session ended.

~ Second session

When the session started, I felt the heat on my forehead again, and then I was overwhelmed by "tingles" and a feeling of tension all over my body. I felt heaviness in my body all the time, as if my arms and legs were made of stone, as if some weight was pressing on me. But at the same time, even though I'm aware of my body, it's as if it's numb and I can't feel the bed I'm lying on. A headache. My hands were cold during the entire session and in one period I did not feel their exact position, i.e. they were stretched out next to my body and I felt as if they were in my lap. In different gusts, a wave of ice would wash over from the neck down. I felt like a "touch with a feather" on my forehead, then on my nose and in the middle of my left foot. Then I felt a flow of cold air in my left ear. It lasted. Radiating pain in the left ovary, which then spread to the right, radiated and disappeared. Constant heaviness in my legs and arms and the need to stretch them. In an instant, I lost the feeling of the length of my legs, as if they stretched into infinity. Then I regained awareness of my body. It was mostly dark in front of my eyes, but at different moments I would be illuminated by white light, or I would see light flickering like on the surface of water. My thoughts wandered and I only feel as if I fell into a short sleep several times, but once in the "darkness" I saw the outline of a man's face with a mustache, and later a little girl peeked out in the right corner, but I quickly "lost" her from sight. .

 

After the session, I had a big headache and a feeling of exhaustion and "heaviness" for the rest of the day. Honestly, I had little expectation that after healing, I would be followed by a "feeling of energy" for days. For example, after the healing I had vivid dreams, whenever I closed my eyes they would flicker and stuff like that... now I don't have that. Since that day, I always see 13:13 on the clock. Also, I arrived in Italy today and in the apartment I saw some cactus figures that I had already seen almost, but I don't know where - in a dream, or on the Internet, and that really surprised me...
