~ First session

     

As a first impression, I felt warmth, then a slight touch of the palm of my upper body, still towards my head. Looking for concentration, a discomfort appeard in the eyelids, temples, forehead, eyebrows, sinuses. These body parts begin to flicker, to play, as if they were plugged in. I try to keep my eyes closed but they open themselves and I have no complete control over them. Then, with the heat on my stomach, suddenly and out of my desire, I breathed a large amount of air. Then I noticeda visible change in my breathing, with each subsequent breath being of a more regular rhythm and deeper. (The change that most appealed to me as a former smoker). I felt the relaxation of my body, as if the bed slowly crawls out from under me. I free myself from tense thoughts, completely relaxed in the moment, as if my dream is coming. Aware of everything around me, space, sounds, light, colors appear before my eyes, some objects continue to be people who just show up and disappear. At the end of the session, when I got out of bed I felt a strong thirst.

 

Long after the first session, I enjoyed the harmony of thought. I felt peace in everyday life. My thoughts became short and effective.

 

~ Second session ​

 

From the moment I rested the nape on the bed, through the complete body, starting from head to toe, I felt waves. It felt like I'm lying in shallow water, so my body is rocking back and forth. The nerves worked on my back for a while. At some points, I felt like my body was elongating (feeling like something was pulling my legs, like it was pulling me out). After a short period, stomach and stomach cramps occured, followed by heat. Then I felt a severe pain in the left side of the nape, like some piercing. Then hip pain, alternating one after the other, several times. I recognized these pains as a consequence of all the influences I have experienced in the near and distant past.

After the second session, for the first couple of days, occasionally and for short periods, I experienced the same pain and then it completely stopped.

~ Third session

Before the start of the third session, I first felt the cramps in the eyelids, sinus area and my forehead. At first, I felt a slight heat in the plexus region, which soon "spilled", ie. distributed throughout the body. Very briefly, I felt headaches as well as pain in my left arm. There were moments when I thought about some of the events of the recent past. Current preoccupations. Some people from the surrounding area. Like shifts. I am aware and present. The next moment I am in a place of some sort, and so several times in a row. At one point, in my absence, the wave of my left arm and then of my whole body started. During the entire session, I felt an increased pulse in my chest. Later, the heat was distributed throughout the body, and at times I felt intense heat. At one point, I become completely psychologically "absent" (as if I were in a dream) and then I got woken by a tingling sensation in my stomach. Minutes later, the same thing happens to me. As I was experiencing various sensations, I felt intense pain in my upper abdomen. So intense that I shuddered at the thought that an object had hit me. Unbelievable. Finally, I clearly felt the moment when the vibrations stopped, and when the session ended.

After three sessions, I noticed that my thoughts were easier, that I was much more settled. I'm physically great! Thank you.
