~ First session

At the beginning of the first session, I felt a wave above the seventh crown chakra, an energy vortex, then along my entire body, but on surface, it seemed to be passing over me. My left eye flashed brightly and quickly, and then a smile appeared. The smile was in the form of a flicker of muscle around my lips, I did not consciously laugh. During the first session, I felt a tremendous cold and chills throughout the body, although the room was very warm. Somehow along the legs I felt it the most, as a tingling sensation and as if someone was lifting my skin. There was no pain, just that feeling of being anxious. I was cold throughout the session. The pressure on my right hand, and it looked as if someone was pulling my little finger to my right. I felt like someone was pressing my fist with a lot of weight. I felt a contraction in my stomach. Pressure on the sixth forehead chakra strong. Then some sound in my left ear reminiscent of a frequency change, as if one frequency enters another frequency field, and at the same time, I felt a hum, a whistle, a stronger vibration that can be partly audible.

After the first session, that pain remained in the sixth chakra and pressure in the head. Then in the evening I was also stabbed through the seventh chakra, like a needle. In the afternoon, I slept because I was very tired, completely out of energy. There were many dreams. After the first session, I dreamed of people I knew, just a lot of them. In the morning I felt rested, there was no more that pressure in my head.

~ Second session

​

The second session was much more intense. I felt a huge cold again after 10 minutes. Through my head I felt like I was running through some threads, repeatedly in various places. It is as if someone was twisting a needle and thread through my head from one end to the other. Both my hands were growing up, I felt my fingers lengthen, even three times my length. As if I was not in my body, but as if I were made of rubber, ie. jelly and even then I smiled. It was a strange feeling. I felt the pressure in the fifth throat chakra repeatedly, as if someone had pressed that point, I had to swallow when I felt it every time. The pressure on both feet on the part of the above, for a few seconds. At one point, near the end of the session, I felt that on my right side, beside my head and shoulders, there was a being, not terrestrial, very tall and powerful, and watching me as I lay. Although my eyes were closed throughout the session, I could feel him beside me as if I could see him. I was not afraid because I felt good energy that he was there to help. Then the touch like the fingers on the right cheek. Again "buzzing" but now in both ears. Then someone put something on my head, like a crown, hahaha. It sounds ridiculous, but that's exactly how I experienced it.

After the session, I felt peace. There were so many emotional dreams, with sadness and fears. My dreams were overwhelming, I dreamed of someone's death, and then a dream where I was in a vehicle with more people and we were faced with a huge golden wave, like some energy in the form of gold dust. That wave goes over us and everything is fine afterwards. Somehow, I experienced it very much in my dreams after the second session. I needed peace and rest in the morning. Occasionally, I felt pain in the sixth chakra and activity on the seventh crown chakra in the form of tickling.
