★  First  session
 

At first I felt pain in my old wounds. Hand fingers  they started to tingle and I felt cold air through my feet, that is.  breeze. It was as if heat was coming in from the fingers of his left hand. The real heat that started to warm my left arm, neck, chest. Then it started to spread slightly towards my stomach where I had a feeling like my stomach was collapsing in bed. It was the first time I had experienced something like that and felt the internal organs. The heat continued to spread and mostly in the arm, neck and chest. I felt a pain in the depths of my forehead and then it was as if my threads were stretching, as if something wanted to go through it. My breathing was slowed down at first, then very deep, so that shortly afterwards I would have the feeling that I was expelling something from myself when I exhaled. I had the feeling that I was on a water surface, that my whole body was vibrating with strong energy. As the heat entered through the left hand which was hot, the right hand (fingers and palm) became completely  icy. Cold and, I would say, restlessness then began to come out through the fingers on his right hand. At the end of the session I had an amazing feeling like I was suddenly plugged in because I was all shaking up a lot, saying “Uh”  and opened her eyes. The session was over.

After the session, u  energy was still circulating in my body, I could clearly feel it. The feeling of relaxation and calmness took over the body. I still have a feeling my body is vibrating. Still shivering.  Thank you Ivana for this beautiful experience.
