I was first introduced to Reconnection in March 2022. I believe that all of us have certain internal areas and beliefs we need to work on, and for years I tried to change certain things about myself. In that search, I came across Ivan’s website and scheduled my first session.
 

How did that session look? You lie on your back on a massage table, close your eyes, and let yourself relax. There is no need to visualize or think about the problem you came for; you simply need to relax as much as possible and direct your attention to what is happening inside you. In my case, it starts with eyelid trembling and a feeling of warmth spreading through the body. Sometimes pain appears in areas where I already have health problems, and suppressed emotions can also surface. Visual images may also appear, similar to dreaming while being awake. Overall, the sessions were pleasant and comfortable.
 

Yes, I had benefits from Reconnection. I resolved health problems I had for years - in other words, they simply disappeared. I became more aware of myself and my body, and I quit smoking and drinking coffee, which I had been consuming for 8 years. I also became a vegetarian. I noticed that I no longer attract negative people and events, because they simply no longer match my new vibration, I am no longer drawn into such situations. After a two-year difficult period, I can say that I started to feel good, or rather, I began to feel happy. All of this happened gradually, so I don’t even clearly remember what the exact reason for it all was anymore, but now I approach life much more calmly and simply. What I found especially interesting is that people started asking me whether I had undergone cosmetic procedures, because I look 5, 6, or 7 years younger. However, there were no cosmetic procedures or creams involved, it is simply that this inner transformation reflected on my physical appearance as well.
 

As for Ivan, I have a very positive opinion of him. I see him as someone who does something that has a strong and profound impact on people, and as someone who has significantly contributed to my process of change and personal development. I recommend Reconnection to absolutely everyone. Everyone who knows me also knows about Reconnection. For me, it is a frequency like a divine creation, something so positive and powerful that, in interaction with our energy field, it can transform all negative beliefs and records that exist within us. In this way, we change completely as individuals.
 

I must emphasize that it is not targeted, although we come for a specific problem, many more things are always resolved. In conversations with friends, we exchange experiences: someone says they lost weight, someone else says they no longer have fear of public speaking, someone lost a fear of heights, and even that after Reconnection someone found a girlfriend, and so on.
 

All of this happened gradually, and through that experience I began to feel better, to be happy, and to experience life much more calmly and simply than before.
