I came to a session of Reconnective Healing primarily out of curiosity, because I knew several people who had attended sessions and their experiences seemed very interesting to me. I had some idea of what it might look like and what I could possibly expect, including certain expectations regarding changes. However, what happened - and what is still continuing to happen today truly exceeded my expectations. The changes started very quickly and are still ongoing, because it is a process that unfolds over a longer period of time and can last up to a year. Still, according to my experience, the most intense changes happened during the first three months.
 

What left the strongest impression on me happened the very next day after my first session. That was when I realized that, for the first time in a long while, I had truly slept well. For years, I had struggled with insomnia and poor sleep waking up frequently during the night, and even when I slept more deeply, I still didn’t wake up feeling rested. In fact, this is a problem many people face today, probably due to the fast pace of life and stress, and no one is completely immune to it. That improvement in the quality of my sleep was the first very powerful and clear experience for me.
 

I also noticed that I had more energy throughout the day and no longer felt the need to nap. Even if that had been the only change I associated with this experience, I would have been satisfied and grateful, because for me that alone was already a significant difference. As far as physical health is concerned, I would describe Reconnective Healing as one of my warmest recommendations for everyone, even for those who think they do not need it. I also witnessed changes on an emotional and mental level. I felt a great clarity of thought. Ideas I had before somehow became clearer, deeper, more meaningful, and more constructive. In terms of productivity and focus, reconnection brought me a significant change, and in my experience, that is another major benefit.
 

Before all of this, I had one specific health issue that had lasted for years and that I had tried to resolve in different ways, through multiple approaches and methods, but without success. It is a relatively rare disorder that affects a small percentage of women, around 3 to 5%. It is a dysphoric disorder related to the menstrual cycle, which has only relatively recently been recognized as a distinct condition, different from the usual PMS (premenstrual syndrome). Unlike classic PMS, the symptoms are significantly more intense and last longer - appearing as early as 10 to 15 days before menstruation. They include both physical and psychological difficulties: fluid retention, digestive problems, mental fog, and difficulty concentrating. On an emotional level, there are pronounced mood swings, frequent anxiety and panic episodes, and even depressive states and rapid, distressing thoughts. This condition seriously disrupts everyday life and normal functioning, because a person has to invest enormous effort just to carry out even the most basic daily activities.
 

What surprised me was that after Reconnective Healing, the situation changed significantly. Already in the next cycle, and in the months that followed, those symptoms became much milder or almost unnoticeable. That was the first time I experienced what a “normal cycle” feels like.
 

Because of that, I am truly immensely grateful. I would recommend this method to women who have similar problems, because it is a natural process that does not involve medication, but instead supports the body’s natural mechanisms and balance.
