★  First  session  ​

First I felt the flow through my body, from my feet, towards my head. Then the weight in the whole body, and mostly in the area from the hips to the head, as an even pressure. Then my arms, in which I had a feeling of muscle inflammation and heaviness, I could not move them willingly. Then alternating cold and heat throughout the body. My feet twitched a few times during the session, as if someone were pulling them by the toes backwards (towards my head). My knee ached, like when a nerve was playing, a slight play, with pressure in the leaves of my legs.  During the session, the sinus on my left cheek became unplugged and began to leak.  I had a few more sensations, such as painful spots in the abdomen and chest (feeling as if something was clogged in those places and that under pressure those nodes became unclogged with the impression of spraying).

After the session, I felt comfortable, I slept a little longer in the morning.

★  The other one  session  ​

Excited about the next session, I went to bed and right at the beginning I got the impression that I was lying on the beach, its sand, completely relaxed, without a rush of thoughts. Immediately afterwards, the flow of energy from the feet upwards and their twitching begins. Then the right shoulder began to twist, as if adjusting, as if someone were pulling it upwards and returning it to its original position. As the energy traveled towards my head, I felt an increasing pressure in it, which was very pleasant. Then I felt a pleasant thrust in the middle of my palms and thus on my head (crown chakra). The thrust is in the shape of a circle, as if someone is pressing that part with my thumbs. The first part of the session, in addition to all these sensations, was quite pleasant, and at the end it was very hard for me to lie down, I got nervous, I couldn't adjust, restlessness in my thoughts, I literally wanted to get up, to end the session, but that I didn’t, even though I was on the “border”. Then I had the feeling that energy started coming in on the circles in my palms, and coming out on my head (like a whale when it throws out water) and after that it was easier for me. I had a feeling I could stay with that sensation for a very long time. The session then ended and I felt great relief, as if someone had taken the burden off me. I turned to the side and fell asleep in an instant.

In the following days, I noticed that I was much calmer at all, not much could irritate me, which could otherwise irritate me. It was like I was on tranquilizers. I had a completely different approach with all the people, and so with the ideas, the plans, the organization. It was as if I had accumulated a lot of positive energy. Everything was somehow easier and more spontaneous for me.

★  Third  session  ​

In the beginning again relaxation. The same sensations, the flow of energy from the feet to the head, but this time from the palms to the head. Then he jerks his arm, tingles in his fingers and a heavy weight in his arms up to his shoulders. This weight was then transferred to the lungs (chest). Suddenly I feel uneasy, nervous, I didn't like lying down. I had a feeling of stiffness, I was caught adjusting so I could stay in a lying position. As much as I tried to be relaxed, I failed to achieve it. My eyes began to move in many directions against my will, and once they also opened, out of my influence, and immediately afterwards, closed. Whatever tickled me, I couldn't scratch myself (as if my brain was giving an order, but my hands weren't reacting) to move my hands in which I had the feeling that they had sunk into the mattress of the bed. Then it was as if someone had started pulling me by the shoulders, neck, head, as if pulling me to lie down as flat on the bed as possible. When my shoulders reached that flat position, my shoulder blades clung to the mat and I felt as if I was glued to the hard wooden base under the bed. I felt that my back was completely straight, that I didn't have a bent spine, and I enjoyed that moment a lot, so I fell asleep in that position (although I could never sleep on my back in my life).  

After the energy sessions, I felt great relief in my back and knees, which I had problems with for many years. The mental benefits after the second session also continued. I gained extra driving and psychic strength. At work, I react with much less stress, and if I receive an unpleasant message on my mobile, I react as if I am reading some news from the daily press that does not concern me.
