At one point, I found myself in an unfamiliar room filled with shelves. I turned around and saw Ivan sitting in an armchair with his eyes closed. Suddenly, he opened them and asked me what I was doing there. I replied that I was simply walking around and that I had no idea how I had arrived in that place.
 

After that, I felt a strong pressure at the very top of my head, accompanied by pain in the back of it. It was as if something was pressing harder and harder until it suddenly released. Then a wave of chills moved downward from my chest all the way to my legs. I felt coldness in my legs and a gentle breeze, while both of my arms became numb to the point that I could no longer feel them. At one moment, I began to sense pulsations in the area of my right kidney. I became increasingly calm, my body relaxed, and I completely surrendered to the process. The next thing I remember was the sensation of floating above my bed, as if I were observing myself from above.
 

I would also like to share another vision that appeared to me during a particular session. Suddenly, I saw images of the right urinary tract, extending from the kidney to the bladder. I had the impression that there was some kind of blockage or obstruction at the upper part of the channel. Then I felt as if the blockage had been cleared and urine was flowing freely downward toward the bladder once again. The sensation resembled warm water running down the body while showering, like a waterfall flowing effortlessly. After that, I experienced tingling sensations moving through my right leg up to my thigh, followed by intense headaches that quickly subsided. At the beginning of that session, I also felt stiffness, numbness, and pain on the left side of my face.
 

Working with Ivan helped me become more aware of the life I am living. It felt as though I had removed a blindfold that I had worn for years. I became calmer, more relaxed, and freer.Through this experience, I became much more aware of myself and of my life. As a long-term kidney patient who had once been on the verge of dialysis and very close to undergoing a transplant, I now feel significantly better and only take two vitamins a day. For me, this represents a profound change.
 

Because of my experience, I would encourage anyone facing health challenges to explore this kind of approach and to listen to their own body. Ivan, thank you for your support and for everything I have discovered and experienced through this process.
